The Worm Breeder's Gazette has been losing weight in recent years, and we are wondering whether or not its extreme thinness might be endangering its long-term health. We welcome comments from the worm community on this subject. Should the hard-copy version be continued? Is the hard-copy Subscriber Directory useful? What about the CGC Bibliographic References section? Would you like to receive earlier reminders of the abstract submission deadlines? Perhaps we can briefly discuss this subject at the 2001 international C. elegans meeting. Meanwhile, we welcome comments via email (stier@biosci.cbs.umn.edu or bob-h@umn.edu) on this topic or on anything else that might help the CGC serve you better. (We also need new cover art for the WBG.)
