Mapping of C. elegans telomeres: Terminal deficiencies needed.

Monique Zetka, Chantal Wicky, Fritz Muller

Institute of Zoology, University of Fribourg, Perolles, 1700-Fribourg,
Switzerland.

We are currently involved in an effort to clone all twelve of the telomeres of the
nematode and to map them to their chromosome of origin. If you have generated any
deficiencies including the most terminal marker on the chromosome (excluding the
left end of the X and the right end of I), we would appreciate hearing from you.
